Terms of Use
By using the websites www.fitoterapija.lv and www.herb-lust.com, you agree to these terms.

1. General

• We provide products and services in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
• The user must provide true and accurate information to place an order.

2. Prices and Payments

• Prices are indicated in EUR with VAT.
• Payment can be made using the specified payment methods (card, Apple Pay, etc.).

3. Delivery

• Delivery is carried out via Omniva.
• Delivery costs are indicated before order confirmation.
• Delivery time in Latvia – 3–14 working days, in the EU – 5–20 working days.

4. Right of Withdrawal

• The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you received the product.
• The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
• Exceptions: food products, food supplements, and other products that cannot be returned for health protection reasons if the packaging has been opened.

5. Refund

• The money will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The buyer may be subject to delivery costs for returning the goods.
